Good to know

The condo includes a full kitchen with beautiful (new) stainless steel appliances including a large refrigerator with full size freezer, 6 burner gas stove with full oven, large microwave, dual basin sink, and a dishwasher. All pots, pans, plates, and utensils are provided. Bathroom includes a large counter with sink, large mirror, and a combo tub/shower with rain showerhead.

I was very comfortable at Amberly’s place during my 2 month stay in Long Beach. It was a good location, and the locked entrance to the condo complex made it feel quite safe. The space was perfect for me, and I really loved having the balcony to enjoy the beautiful weather. When my husband joined me he appreciate that there was a desk to use for work. It would have been too tight to have more than the two of us in that apartment.

A large one bedroom condo in a beautiful garden community. Peaceful and quiet. Parking included! Washer dryer! Everything you need for a comfortable long stay. And Rob and Amberly were the most responsive hosts ever! Super detailed check in instructions making it really easy. And very communicative throughout my entire stay with anything that popped up that I needed to communicate about. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay! The place felt just like home. The hosts were quick to respond if needed. I would absolutely recommend this place, and would love to stay again when visiting the area!

The neighborhood is easily walkable but you can also catch an e-scooter, the bus, or taxi to get anywhere in LB within 15 minutes. Lyft/Uber are available for longer trips and we also have a couple vehicles available on Getaround for hourly rentals
