Beautiful home on a huge fully fenced lot with plenty of private parking. The house has solar panels and can produce enough electricity for your entire stay. There is a level 2 electric vehicle charger available in the driveway. House has two full bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with a king bed, a dedicated office with a chair that converts to a single bed and a large bathroom. Huge kitchen with 5 burner gas stove. Lots of outdoor lounging space. You will have exclusive access to the home and back patio for your stay.

House Rules

We ask that quiet hours be observed 11pm-6am as a respect to our neighbors. No firearms or illegal substances allowed on the premises. No extra guests or events may be hosted on the property. There are to be no parties anywhere on the property. Smoking of any substance within the house is completely prohibited and will result in extensive cleaning fines and forfeiture of your deposit. Smoking outside on the back patio is allowed as long as it does not disturb neighbors.

Sunnyside is a beautiful neighborhood in the desirable north side of Denver. There are exciting new restaurants, breweries, and boutiques popping up every day. This house is located one block away from a wonderful park. There are 3 breweries within a two block radius and some of the best mexican food in the city just a short walk away.

Guest Access

You will have access to all areas in the interior of the house with the exception of the basement (which will be locked). There is a closet in each bedroom for storage of your items. You will also not have access to the smaller property and shed to the rear of the house. You will have access to all amenities on the patio including a fire pit, large propane grill, and a comfortable shaded seating area with a table. There is dedicated electric vehicle charging available from the side of the house.

We loved the home for our weekend getaway! The location was great. A very peaceful and nice neighborhood. And the home was close enough to down town that there was always something to do.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood is quiet, calm, and felt very safe. We often saw people out walking their pets, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. The fenced yard made it especially kid-friendly, giving us peace of mind and extra space to enjoy. The home itself was very comfortable, and the hosts were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, which made our stay even smoother. The location is also very convenient—downtown Denver is just a 10–15 minute drive, so it was easy to explore the city while still having a peaceful place to come back to. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we will definitely be booking here again when we return to Denver!

Rob and Amberly were very responsive and helpful during an extremely stressful time when I had to live in Airbnbs all summer due to a flooding issue at my townhouse. Great size house and awesome back patio. Always helpful with their communication if I had any questions or concerns. It was a great space for me and my pup Leila to call home for about 6 weeks.
