Beautiful home on a huge fully fenced lot with plenty of private parking. The house has solar panels and can produce enough electricity for your entire stay. There is a level 2 electric vehicle charger available in the driveway. House has two full bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with a king bed, a dedicated office with a chair that converts to a single bed and a large bathroom. Huge kitchen with 5 burner gas stove. Lots of outdoor lounging space. You will have exclusive access to the home and back patio for your stay.

House rules

We ask that quiet hours be observed 11pm-6am as a respect to our neighbors. No firearms or illegal substances allowed on the premises. No extra guests or events may be hosted on the property. There are to be no parties anywhere on the property. Smoking of any substance within the house is completely prohibited and will result in extensive cleaning fines and forfeiture of your deposit. Smoking outside on the back patio is allowed as long as it does not disturb neighbors.

Neighborhood

Sunnyside is a beautiful neighborhood in the desirable north side of Denver. There are exciting new restaurants, breweries, and boutiques popping up every day. This house is located one block away from a wonderful park. There are 3 breweries within a two block radius and some of the best mexican food in the city just a short walk away.

Guest access

You will have access to all areas in the interior of the house with the exception of the basement (which will be locked). There is a closet in each bedroom for storage of your items. You will also not have access to the smaller property and shed to the rear of the house. You will have access to all amenities on the patio including a fire pit, large propane grill, and a comfortable shaded seating area with a table. There is dedicated electric vehicle charging available from the side of the house.

Very cute bungalow near downtown Denver, making it a great jumping off point. The owners are very responsive and made us feel taken care of the whole time. Our favorite thing was the little fire pit on the back patio!

My pup and I had the best time at Rob and Amberly's gorgeous home in Denver! First, the house itself is terrific, with the best kitchen I've ever seen, adorable vintage touches, a terrific outdoor space and a full gated front yard/driveway for safety. The hosts have truly thought of everything, and we had every kitchen tool and accessory we needed to cook great meals and relax in comfort. Honestly can't say enough about the patio too, it's awesome! Our hosts were very communicative, and let us know in advance about some home repairs, going out of their way the whole time to make sure it didn't impact our stay. I wish more hosts were like them! Despite the eco-friendly nature of the house, we never dealt with any issues like water pressure/temperature, indoor temperature, etc. You'd never know the house was run on solar power! The neighborhood is definitely growing and developing, but I felt very safe strolling around during the day, and at night with the pup. If you are bringing a dog, it's definitely a good idea to bring a dog gate or ask to take advantage of the few at the house - there is a small area of the patio that isn't enclosed, but the dog gate takes care of that and then your pup can run freely on the patio! We had a great stay and will be back.

Home is one block away from 42nd and Mariposa bus stop. The number 19 bus will take you from there to union station in 5 minutes. Fare is only $2.60. Uber/Lyft is also readily available to take you anywhere you need to go.
